Submission Guidelines

Authors can submit the manuscript provided it contains original work not published either in any print or online journal or books. Also it must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. Authors are expected to meet the following guidelines:

Special Instruction

Manuscript/paper sent for publication should be in one file containing cover page (Page 1), Abstract (Page 2), and manuscript (Page 3 onwards).Manuscript should be in typed in 12 point Times New Roman Font. It should be in MS Word format in double space. Manuscript should be between 3000 to 5000 words. The page numbers should at centre of every page. All headings and sub-headings must be bold – faced, aligned left and in sentence case only. Book review essay should be 1000 to 1500 words, focused on a recently published academic book.

Front Page

The first page must contain article title and author’s description with designations, official address, phone/mobile numbers and e-mail addresses. It will be limited only to one page length. Article title should be concise and informative reflecting true sense of the manuscript. Try to avoid abbreviations and formulae where possible in title and limit it to three lines.

Abstract

The abstract should be concise and factual with maximum of 200 words. It should state briefly the purpose of the research, methodology employed and findings of the study. Since abstracts are often presented separately from the article, so it must be able to stand alone. References should be avoided in abstract section.

Keywords

Provide a maximum of 8 keywords that best describes your research paper.

Introduction

Introduction must be about 500 words with a brief introduction of the research problem followed by a brief review of literature and objectives of the research.

Methodology

Describe the sample, materials used in the study, site etc. Describe the methods employed for collection of data.

Results and Discussion

This segment should focus on the fulfilment of stated objectives as given in the introduction. It should contain the findings presented in the form of tables, figures and photographs. Interpret and describe the significance of your findings in light of earlier findings, theories, concepts and models about the research problem being investigated. Explain any new understanding or insights about the problem arising as an outcome of the findings of present research.

Conclusion

Major findings, generalizations and application in real world should be presented as exclusive outcomes of the study. Suggestions and future direction may also be included.

Tables and Figures

Tables and Figures can be included in the manuscript and include titles and explanatory legends where appropriate. Titles for Tables and Figures must be short but informative. Tables and Figures should not duplicate information presented in the text and their meaning should be understandable without reference to textual information.

Acknowledgements

Where appropriate, submitted manuscripts can include an acknowledgments section, which briefly recognizes important contributions of other parties to either the empirical research (e.g., funding, analyses) or to the production of the manuscript (e.g., administrative duties, proof reading). If the research is funded by any organisation or funding agency, the same may be acknowledged.

References

References at the end of the manuscript should be arranged in an alphabetical sequence at the first and then further sorted chronologically. It must be single spaced. The Journal will review manuscripts in any standard academic style. The authors are advised to use referencing system in APA / or any standard style of subject area style and mention only those references actually used in their research article/paper.

Submission Format

The manuscript adhering to all the above guidelines should be submitted for review to the editorial board. It should only be in Microsoft Word File (.doc or .docx) and sent to jyanavi@spmvv.ac.in

Copyrights

Acceptance of a manuscript for publication in the Journal shall automatically mean transfer of copyright to the editor. The Editorial Board takes no responsibility for the fact or the opinion expressed in the Article, it rests entirely with the author(s) thereof.

Copyright Form

Authors must submit a copyright form along with the manuscript for editing. The form can be downloaded at the Copyright form section in the homepage.

Plagiarism

Authors are requested to adopt holistic & pragmatic approach to in preparing the manuscript. Jyanavi will not be responsible for further action on Plagiarism issue, the author will be solely responsible for any plagiarism issue that arises.
