The department offers M.Sc. Applied Mathematics programme since 1984.The curriculum designed under CBCS pattern, so as to offer subjects which are job oriented as well as of practical use in different branches of Science and Technology to emphasize the development of professional skills for their gainful employment, empowerment and emancipation. Revisions and improvements in the curriculum are made periodically to meet the changing demands of the global world.

Eligibility :

B.A. / B.Sc. Degree with Mathematics as one of the optional subjects, with 50% in Mathematics. Candidates who have studied Mathematics as an ancillary subject are not eligible.
